Thai Food is excited to announce the development of
our own authentic Thai cooking school near Christchurch.
The Thai Food Cooking School will offer a range of classes where expert Thai chefs will teach you how to recreate their restaurant masterpieces. Naturally you will get to eat the products of your labours as well!
Typically you will start the session with an introduction to Thai ingredients, learn about making pastes and how to extract the most flavour from them. Then you’ll venture out into our organic gardens to select fresh herbs and other vegetables to cook with.
Our brand new architecturally-designed cooking school will be equipped with quality fittings and utensils and is set in the tranquil surrounds of our fabulous organic gardens. Alongside the cooking school is the Thai Food deli/café, where you can buy a range of our heat-and-eat sauces and other authentic Thai ingredients for recreating the tastes of Thailand at home.
