Sweet & Sour Stir Fry Sauce

HOW TO USE

Just add a couple of tablespoons of Thai Sweet & Sour Sauce to your own recipe to add a taste of Asia, or for a quick and nutritious meal, try our easy recipe below.

SWEET & SOUR STIR FRY

Heat a fry pan or wok and add 50ml of Thai Rapeseed Oil. Add 150g of meat (chicken, beef, lamb, pork, tofu or fish) and cook. Add 150g of fresh vegetables of choice. Add small amounts of stock, approximately 10ml at a time, making sure you are stir frying, not boiling. Cook for 2-3 minutes, making sure there is no excess stock in the pan. Add 50ml of Thai Sweet & Sour Sauce, mix and cook for 1 minute. Serve on a bed of steamed Jasmine Rice.
