Rapeseed, or Canola oil is used in Thai cookery.

How to use

Add 25ml of Thai Rapeseed Oil to a hot wok or frypan. Add approximately 100g of meat and stir fry until cooked, add vegetables and a small amount of stock. Finish with 50ml of Thai Stir Fry Sauce. Enjoy!
